Looks like salsa to me! Beautiful picture.
So what's the green stuff on the left...is it swiss chard or something? You can tell I do venture out of my comfort zone very much!

The weather here has been lovely. I think summer is finally here! The pool is at 80F, that's a good sign! ;o) Our garden is yielding some lovely lettuce along with some radishes!

Looks yummy, I am eating tomatoes from the garden..and fresh blueberries! I will miss those when we move.
