Well, bust my buttons - and Hubby's too! We just got a call from The Princess. She is now officially a licensed LPN (LVN) in the state of California! We couldn't be more proud of her. Of course this means she will likely stay out west as she works toward her RN/BSN. But planes go both ways and phone calls and email make it easy to stay in touch.Congratulations, Princess - your hard work and dedication have paid off!

Woohooo!!!

Congratulations to the Princess -- and the proud Parental Units!! Because it's always a family affair. No one truly does it alone.

Whew. Now there's another nurse in the pot to replace us old-timers when we retire.

Way to go Princess! What a grand thing. Better go gather up those buttons and sew them back on... you'll be busting them back off again soon enough.

Great news! You are much braver than me as I have said before. I have been weaping and howling all week since my little girl started university. I want to be more positive like you when I grow up...if I ever do!
Congrats to your princess...quite an accomplishment!

Congrats is in order for sure! I wondered why we hadn't heard about her during your moving adventures! Your absolutely right about planes both ways....all of my family is in CA...unfortunately they apparently don't realize the plane does go to NC! Frustrating at times but what can you do. I moved from them I guess.
You've got to be over the top proud of your Princess...and gosh she must she be beaming! Congrats, Congrats and APPLAUSE to her!
