My oh my, puppies sure do grow quickly.I get such a kick watching Daisy keep and eye on the comings and goings outside. Just look how much she's grown in just over 3 months . . . and I don't think she's done yet.
On the quilting side of life, there was a great deal of interest in working on Cheri Payne's Folkart Gathering Quilt. Of course many on you are far too far away to participate in person, but I'll try to keep updating via this blog for anyone who wishes to join in the fun long distance. Our first stitching date is set for mid-Sept. Get your patterns and your fabrics ready - it's going to be a great quilt.

I just got the 3rd pattern pieces in the mail yesterday along with a few others. I already had section 1 and section 2. but I have no plans to start them right now. I'm still trying to find the time to finish the ABC Sampler! Maybe in time to hang it for September!

Just love some of Cheri's new quilts!

What great photos! Great idea to record the 'viewing' changes. She is so cute! I ordered some Elk Antlers...I'll let you know what we think of them.
And I will get the patterns for the Cheri Payne quilt. Sounds like fun even across the country.
Woofs to Daisy from the crew here.

Daisy was just a Puppy Baby on April 4th! So soft and furry. Have fun in your Sew-In!!

She has definitely sprouted up.
One thing about New Englanders is, if it is more than 5 minutes away, it is too far, lol.

Daisey is growing so fast. I love your header photo with all the quilts in it. Love the grey/taupeness of the collection. My kind of colors!

Babies are babies for so short a time! Our dog is 10 but still acts puppyish and when he has his summer clipping he really does look like a puppy. His hangout is the stair landing where he can see out the window in the front door. Sometimes I have to tape paper over it if there is too much activity outside that is making him bark!

Glad you got some joiners, what fun :)

Glad you will be able to get a group together! Would love to join in the fun long distance.

I noticed Daisy could barely see out the window in April and now can see everything!

Daisy is a young lady now! I started the pattern and got the house done so I can sew along with you virtually.

Oh, poor Daisy. She looks so sweet, even with her collar of shame. It looks like you've been busy sewing. I've been cutting up some old jeans for a rag quilt, but that's about as far as I've gotten :-)
Blessings,
Marcia
