P is for Patchwork.
Which can apply to the back of a quilt just as easily as to the top. I went on a mission to finish up all the leftovers from piecing the top I recently shared. Also used a fair amount of fabric that had been languishing in the cabinets for a good, long time. Apologies for the haphazard photography but I was trying to beat the coming rain.
Patchwork isn't always confined to quilts.
As evidence - my ironing board, which I shared here four years ago. Covers are no longer available for this board. I suppose I could 'make' a new cover, but that just wouldn't tell the story that my patchwork cover does.
P is also for Peaches.
Future peaches. This poor little tree has suffered a terrible pruning at the hands of someone who must have wanted to kill it. But it persevered and survived to produce fruit again. I will tend it with great care.
And, of course, P is for Puppies.
This one loves to move at the speed of light one minute.
And snuggle the next.
