First we rehearsed.
Then the parents waited in happy anticipation.
Dad nervously reviewed his welcome to the guests and toast to the happy couple.
He then prepared to escort the beaming bride to her awaiting groom.

I put my camera away to enjoy watching it all happen.  The ceremony was sweet and meaningful. The newlyweds are just joyous.  The reception was wonderful in every way.  The guests have all gotten on their way home.  The honeymoon has started.  I'm going to take a nap!

Congratulations to the happy couple. Having been mother of the groom and mother of the bride, I learned that mother of the bride is much more stressful and tiring but the rewards are happy memories forever. Enjoy your nap.

Oh congrats to the couple! I'm guessing you need a good nap. Weddings, though fun and joyous and all that great stuff are a lot of work! Been there done that!

Happy rest to you!

So glad that all went according to plan. Hope the brunch went just as smoothly. Now that the wedding is over and my show schedule is coming to an end for the year, I look forward to our email "chats" resuming! I have just 2-1/2 more weeks left.
