Celebrating the sweet pea!  The fragrance of this little bouquet can transport me back to a simpler time and place - one that now exists only in my memory - but that place in my heart is forever secured.

Those are beautiful flowers, love having flowers around the house in the summer.

Love sweet peas. Mine are blooming now, a light mauve colour. I pick them everyday and keep a small jar of them in front of the window in my bedroom so that the fragrance is distributed throughout the room.

I don't have 'the touch' for growing sweet peas. Both my grandmas did. Wish I knew their secret.

Love when something dear takes us back to a fond memory, forever stored in our hearts.

I love it when a scent sparks a great
memory. Awesome sign in the background...You should post on it....

Oh how I love sweet peas! Their scent transports me back to my childhood when Mum had them growing on a huge trellis....a lovely memory.

How true, I'm about 9 or 10 when I smell these, I still run barefoot, and ride my horse with a strand of binder twine as the halter....on the road!
